Establishment Date:

In September of 2002, sixteen employees had the first official meeting for OUT@WBS. The group dedicated itself to a
three-point purpose:

(a) Networking and Events to bring our members together;
(b) Education and Enrichment to
broaden our horizons and
(c) Philanthropic Outreach to do good works for the LGBT community.

With that first meeting and the pledge of support from Warner Bros. Studios, OUT@WBS became the first officially sanctioned LGBT employee
Affinity Group.
