Please READ before posting an item for sale.
The rules are simple and are in place to streamline things for all members!
For Buying and Selling NON-BUSINESS items, only! This includes hobby business items, or any items that are replenished. This is a YARD SALE type site.
*NO mattresses.
*NO guns or firearms of any type.
*NO business listings. This includes hobby business items.
*You MUST list your asking price and your location when you list an item, or it will be deleted.
*Pictures of items are amazingly helpful to sell your item. Items should be posted in an album with the seller’s name as the album name, and details/description on items. If you only have a phone to post your items and cannot place them in an album for some reason, please let the administrators know.
*Respond timely to inquiries of your item or it will be deleted.
*List your item directly in the group. NO links to eBay auctions, Etsy pages, Realtor pages, or any other ads.
*No “bumping” items to push them to the top of the page more than 1x per week. This includes “liking” your own item or having a friend like it, adding details after item is posted, etc. Detail changes should be made in description area of post, unless there is a question from an interested buyer.
*You MAY comment on your item if you are lowering the price substantially to get your item sold.
*DELETE your post/photo once your item is sold. If you are having difficulty doing so, contact an administrator.
*If you have a question for an administrator, send a message to their INBOX. Do not post it on the page.
*Administrator word is the final word. Being argumentative, disrespectful, or rude to an administrator or other member, or not following these simple rules will result in losing your privileges to sell items on this page.
*Exceptions to the rules will not be made if you have a personal relationship with the administrators, to keep things fair for everyone.
