Commit to Fit Challenges are a fun way for all of us to become m...ore accountable to our physical fitness. Each challenge is set up to encourage a particular aspect involved in leading a fit and healthy life. They are also meant to be learning tools. You can use them to learn more about cardiovascular fitness and energy systems, range of motion, and strength training. You can use them to learn more about yourself; what are your strengths, weaknesses? You can use them as an inspiration to try new types of exercise that you might not have otherwise.
These challenges are free to join! You do not have to be a member of our studio or attend classes at Eastside Fitness. It’s a great way to connect with like minded people all over and to help spread the Eastside Fitness message far and wide helping us to achieve our vision of strong, happy, healthy communities.
