Classes will be a mixture of several styles of yoga, including Ashtanga and Vinyasa, to give an energetic, diverse, relaxing and at times challenging class. Most people are beginners when they start, but with lots of personal guidance, they rapidly improve as the weeks go on. You will be sure to touch your toes in no time!
