IMC- Young Leader's Forum

The Young Leader's Forum (formely YEW) creates a platform for yo...ung Indian leaders to grow and realize their own potential. Through cutting-edge events, forums, site visits and workshops (10 every year) the forum aspires to empower and expose young Indians to a cross section of leadership issues.

Although many YLF programmes are open to all, the forum seeks to provide exclusive opportunities for its members to interact, meet new people and leverage a powerful network to make a positive difference. Perhaps, what makes the YLF unique, is its aspiration to not only be consistently best-in-class but also to use creativity to showcase Indian leadership in a modern accessible context...(all programmes will be interactive and have an element of 'masala')

The YLF also greatly benefits from it's association with the prestigious Indian Merchant's Chamber. In many ways, the YLF's new emphasis on'Indian leadership' is consistent with the IMC's rich legacy of engaging and attracting great patriots such as Mahatma Gandhi and G.D. Birla as its members.
Post-independence, the chamber continues its association with stalwarts, who have shaped India, as we know it today- Pandit Nehru, J.R.D Tata, Atal Behari Vajpayee and Dr. A.P.J. Kalam have all at some point graced the chamber with their presence and thought-provoking addresses. YLF members will also have access to many such exclusive programmes.
