Steven and Pam Collette own and operate 3RD Degree Training.

Steve is a personal trainer / Sports Nutritionist and brings with him a love for fitness. Steve has an extremely infectious positive attitude and makes people feel comfortable with him from the first moment they meet!

Pam Collette is also a personal trainer. She is very understanding with the initial fears that some clients have about working out and goes the extra mile so that her clients feel 100% comfortable and get the results they are striving for.

3RD Degree Training may be one of the fastest ways to go from zero to fit. We offer just about everything in terms of exercise, nutrition and lifestyle change. Our fitness camps focus in total body conditioning and not just specific body sections. A trainer leads a group of clients through an hour of functional- strength training and cardio. The secret lies in the circuit-style workout that toggles between cardio and muscle building. This shuffling of routines prevents boredom and exercise ruts. For people willing to put in the work, fitness camps enable exercisers' to see results quickly and stay motivated!

Our fitness camps have some special features. we are cardio driven as well as functional exercises using only body weight, Encouragement comes not just from the instructors but also from other participants, who will cheer on fellow campers! This foresters a camaraderie and support that isn't found in regular fitness classes. This camaraderie strengthens with time, establishing accountability, which is essential for sticking with a program.

You will find plenty of surprises at 3RD Degree Training. Participants love the fact they don't know exactly what they'll be doing from one session to the next. Each session will involve a set of exercises that make your body work hard as you seek a higher level of fitness.
