Welcome! This is an open group, anyone can join, from Marbella to Gibraltar, although we're targeting more the Duquesa, Sabinillas and Manilva areas so buyers and sellers are local!
Sort out your unneeded stuff, photo it, pop pics into an album, edit the album and add all price info etc. and off you go!!
Please see rules below;
1. Photos;
Please create albums; On the group wall select 'Photos' then 'Create an album' Put all photos in the album, naming it something like 'Emma's selling page' then 'edit' the photos and write description, price etc. under the photo... please do not write price info as a comment...
2. Any posts advertising a property for sale or rent will be removed. Any posts looking for properties to rent/buy will also be deleted, as this would encourage the above! NO rentals of any kind, thanks.
3. Be safe; Please do not post your email address, phone number, home address on the wall, swap that kinda info in private messages...
4. I've noticed that we all seem to be flooded with notifications and/or emails, this can be easily resolved - just click on the box named 'notifications' on the top right of this page - and turn notifications off! Simples!
5. No Traders.... blanket ban... and no looking for work ads.... a couple of new items in an album is one thing but if you are obviously a trader of any kind your album/post will be deleted....
6. Invite your friends! See section on the right '+ Add friends to group'.
7. When someone sends you a message and they are not on your friends list - the message should appear in the drop-down titled 'other' under your message tab. So click on messages and you'll see the drop-down... although be aware that for an unknown reason, many messages are not getting through...
8. To bring your album back up to the top of the page, write 'bump' this bumps it back up! Only 1 bump every 24 hours....
9. Please delete sold items from your albums...
10. 'Wanted' posts over a month old will be deleted. Posts/Albums with no movement for 2 months or more will be deleted.
