Namibian Students Association in Ukraine

TASKS OF STUDENTS REPRESENTATIVES

PRESIDENT

• Will ensure that the Association is going towards the mission and vision of the strategic plan and implementing the operational plan in accordance with the association’s policies and procedures.
• To supervise and coordinate the work of all students representatives.
• To negotiate with the NSFAF on any issue regarding students
• To ensure every student is paid.
• To find better way on how students issues can be addressed and be the mediator between the students and their contractors/agents.
• To find a better way in making the Fund to give out a letter to each university to release results and proof of registration for loan students by July or June, this will help their fees to be settled.
• To make sure the students community is united.
• To update students on various matters on the wall whenever asked to do so.

VICE-PRESIDENT

• To work out the ticket issue in advance this year.
• To make sure all field of studies are given tickets for internship.
• Follow up on loan awarding and appeal letters.
• To compile a list of all Namibian students in Ukraine.
• To work with the president and town representatives in supervising and coordinating the activities of the association.
• To find better way on how students issues can be addressed and be the mediator between the students and their contractors/agents.
• To update students on various matters on the wall whenever asked to do so.

TOWN REPRESENTATIVES

• To collect all proofs of registration and results from students or university.
• To organize a team to go work on files at the Fund each year.
• Help students with renewing their passports.
• Create Facebook page for their internal matters.
• To assist in any task the association may require.
• To see if all students issues are addressed collectively.
• To carry out census in their towns and complete it before May each year.
• To find better way on how students issues can be addressed and be the mediator between the students and their contractors/agents.
• To report all matters regarding students to the president, which may need the attention of the Namibian Embassy and NSFAF.
• To plan, arrange and organize Namibian independence celebration and other events that benefit students.
• To attend to students complains.
• To update students on various matters on the wall whenever asked to do so.
