Muay Thai is a combat sport from Thailand which is often referred to as the "Art of Eight Limbs" because it uses a combination of punches, kicks, elbows and knees.

Muay Thai is a fantastic workout for the body and the mind. It is guaranteed to get you fit, make you strong, help you lose weight and learn self-defense and therefore boosting your confidence at the same time.

FUMTC was founded as a not for profit Club and is a member of the University's Clubs and Societies group. Our trainers are all volunteers but are highly experience. Our aim is to provide hard but practical and enjoyable training to ensure members gets the benefits of keeping and staying fit while at the same time learning some skills which are beneficial. We are also members of Muaythai Australia, recognised by the Australian Sports Commission as the peak body of Muay Thai.

FUMTC welcomes everyone - Males, Females, Adults, there are even classes available for children!

Training Venue : Flinders University Sports Centre (near Carpark 6)
Training Times : Tuesdays, Wednesdays 5.30pm to 7.30pm
Saturdays 10am to 12pm
