The East Leeds Lions were formed in 1998, by a small group of people who wanted to make some new friends and share their love of biking. Over the years we have become a well established club in the Yorkshire area with an annual membership of over 100.

Our members are of all ages and ride machines of all kinds, from the learner legals, cruisers, trikes and tourers to state of the art superbikes. Whatever you ride, you’re welcome at the Lions.

Life with our club is never dull! Our Easter Rally is now a firm fixture on the biking calendar with an attendance of well over 1,000. We have recently taken biking holidays to France, Germany, Switzerland and Ireland, as well as all the usual outings around the country and nights out in the winter months. What's more we’re proud to add that our trophy cabinet at the Birch Tree is bursting at the seams with rally ‘club turnout’ awards!

We also organise charity fundraising events, by mid 2007, we had managed to raise a fantastic £20,000 for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Service. We also raise money for Cancer Research, the National Association for Bikers with a Disability and Macmillan Cancer Support.
