Remembering Bradfords own illegal pirate radio I was on it for awhile doin the show "aquarius rising" on friday nights( with my mate Rhodesy)and then went on to do the saturday morning show before DJ Sammon in conjunction with the now unfortunatley defunct Global beat records(respect lads and to the peeps at disc records aswell still goin strong) it was the station in its second wind but when it really did have a lot of sway was in its early 90's heyday when it was the place for cutting edge music before radio one and galaxy had the skinny on house /hardcore/and many other off mainstream genres of music, for all those who strung an aerial round there bedroom just to get the signal (regularly interrupted by Leeds/Bradford airport...........how rude) big up to the dj's....a little bit of Bradford history and glad i played a little part, peace nibb_e join and discuss
