For those who claim Harrison Sperry, Sr. as their ancestor. Harrison was born March 24, 1832 in Mecca, Trumbull, Ohio and was baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1841 in Hancock County, Illinois, and after the death of his parents journeyed west to the Salt Lake Valley with the Mormon Pioneers, arriving 17 October 1847.
