HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP PROCEDURES FOR VIOLATIONS

First-Time Violation

The person who committed the violation will be contacted in writing via email on an individual basis by the designated HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP moderator and given a warning along with the a copy of the HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP rules and regulations.
The person who committed the violation will be asked to read the HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP rules and regulations and respond in an email statement returned back to the designated HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP moderator that he/she has read and understood the rules/regulations by including the following statement: “I have read and understand the HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP rules and regulations and agree to abide by them in order to remain active.”

The moderator will remove the post and if it is questionable, save it in a file to be distributed to the administrators for review. The member or individual who made the posting will be sent a notice with standard language explaining the reason for the removal. If the moderator had a question as to whether the posting was appropriate or not, he or she will add the statement “The administrators will review the post to determine if it fits within our policies and can be reposted. Please wait for notification before attempting to repost.” If there are then no objections/modifications to the posting from the administrators, it can be reposed. If, however, it determined to be in violation, the moderator will send this final response to the member along with a copy of our policies.

Second-Time Violation

If a violation occurs for a second time, the moderator will send a written email draft to the HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP administrators defining warning of removal of a second inappropriate posting from HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP along with the reason.
If there are no objections/modifications to the warning of removal email draft, the email will be sent directly to the violator with all others mentioned above copied on the email.

Third-Time Violation

If after he/she violates again, we recommend the moderator to send an email draft letter for removal from the HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP to the administrators. If there are no objections/modifications to the removal, the email will be sent directly to the violator with all others mentioned above copied on the email and the person will be removed from HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP.
If there are concerns that come up related to problems/issues with postings on the HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP that appear from other group page, such concerns are to be addressed directly by the designated HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP moderator. If the designated HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP moderator has questions or needs feedback/advice on a matter, he or she may consider consulting with HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP administrators. Related to this recommendation, if one person violates a rule and that person is warned individually yet others also follow suit, the designated HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP moderator will compose a general post to the HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP in question reminding group members of the rules/regulations in an effort to re-direct the group and minimize problems from escalating.

While some violations are obvious, others may be questionable due to individual interpretation of rules. Thus, the persons who make up the HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP moderators to scan and track postings daily and make such a call, discuss possible evidence of a violation of a specific rule/regulation with HISTORY OF BATANGAS FACEBOOK GROUP administrators. If the majority agree that the posting is a violation, the moderator should then draft a written email regarding the violation and be supported.
