WHO WE ARE

An informal association of Sri Lankans who believe in higher standards, quality of service and customer support for local businesses.


WHAT WE DO
----------------------------------------------
Share information about instances of poor service by businesses. If you have an objective complaint against a business and they failed to respond adequately to your direct complaint, forward the complaint to us and we will share it.


WHAT WE DON'T DO
----------------------------------------------
Accept arbitrary or vague criticism of businesses, or complaints made without first going through the business's own complaint channel. Unverifiable complaints.


PRIVACY
----------------------------------------------
We need identifying information only as part of proof of incident and complaint. We would prefer to make it part of the shared complaint, but under special circumstances, you make ask the moderators to withhold your name (this may not always be possible).


RESPONSIBILITY
----------------------------------------------
We share information only. The information itself is the responsibility of those who provide it. We can't guarantee action. We're just a group of independent people doing this in our free time so it all depends on how much time we can spare for this.
