A Social impact initiative of Entrepreneur Mentors , Thought Lea...ders and leading academics in the area of entrepreneurship education .

The singular aim of this initiative is to drastically reduce the systemic risk of failure associated with Small and Growing businesses.

This group volunteers to Mentor , train and help entrepreneurs across the country to be successful in their entrepreneurial ventures.

The group believes that Small and Growing Entrepreneurial business are the key to creating sustainable employment for the youth in India.

We hope to inspire , train and mentor entrepreneurs across all categories in India so that they can make a difference for the future of this country.

The 4 key areas of focus are

1. Mentor Development Courses : Enterprisers.in has developed two levels of programs for Mentors . Both are two day modules and can be attended by anyone interested in Mentoring high impact entrepreneurial organisations.

2. Mentor 101 : Trained mentors are in short supply , this is a professional mentoring engagement for trained mentors to work with Small and Growing businesses with their growth plans.

3. Research and Publications : Not enough class room material with Indian context puts a serious Entrepreneurship teacher at risk of using teaching materials which may be out of context.

The research and publications team focuses on creating videos , teaching notes and caselets with Indian context to enrich the class room experience of conducting sessions.

Enterprisers.in is also coming out with a 'Handbook for Mentors' a to do guide on effective mentoring.

4. Open Online Courses : Using MOOC as the underlying framework , Enterprisers.in will enable its faculties and trainers to develop and run their own online courses for the community.
