I am a qualified PT and Crossfit Coach and I'm starting up small group training sessions catered to everyone and anyone no matter their ability and fitness run from my home garage. Class sizes are kept to between 6 to 8 people to ensure correct guide ace and feedback is given, therefore it is vital you book your spot to avoid disappoint.
Join this group to receive updates on training sessions and to book your spot, classes are $15 each for 3 people and $10 for 4 or more each session must reach a minimum of 3 people to go ahead.
