Hillworks Free Workout Challenges and Programs

Hey, We’re Zoe Hill & Lindsey Hilliard, Owners of Hillworks Onli...ne Fitness & Nutrition Coaching. Welcome to our Free Workout Challenge Group!

This support group is designed to motivate, educate, inspire, and also to encourage many to live a healthier and fit lifestyle.
We are a team who are passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle and helping others to do the same. This is a place where egos are left at the door and we enter eager, ready to learn and inspire each other.

We have (so far) THREE free workout programs for you to choose from:

1) Body Ninja 30 Day Challenge – Suitable for males or females who want to become awesome! Three fitness levels to choose from.

2) Supermum 30 Day Challenge – Short, sharp workouts aimed specifically at mums containing three fitness levels.

3) Post-Natal – for brand new mums or pregnant mummas nearly due. This program will show you how to return to exercise safely including core breathing and pelvic floor exercises you can do from Day 1.

A few times per year, we will run the 30 Day Challenges as a group. Those dates are as follows:

1st December – 30th December 2015
1st May – 30th May 2016
1st August – 30th August 2016

You can do these challenges at any time, but if you would like the extra support and accountability of doing it with a big group and extra motivation from us, then jump on any of these dates!

Above all else, we want this group to have fun - post your successes, your struggles, your fitspiration and recipes. Come in wanting to be a part of a community – part of the Hillworks Tribe. We are full of Ninjas, Warriors, Super Heroes and more. Join our tribe and become a better version of yourself – because you are amazing and you deserve it.
