Ferguson and the Leadership Response: Racial Inequality

I am starting this group as I watch the violence and the outrage over the verdict in Ferguson. I do not think that if we ignore it and wait for things to quiet down, that we, as happiness professionals will be doing the best thing we, in our innate abilities, knowledge, desires and capacities, can possibly do.

Letting the fire simmer down will eventually end up in a dry kettle on a hot burner with only one reaction, fire, hot and molten.

We've got to do something if no one else is going to...and it doesn't look like anyone is doing anything.
