CHQ Maintenance was founded in 1979 by Wayne Baker. The charter members were Wayne, Rick, Ken, Joel, Brian, and Jim. Since then maintenance has grown as the Ranch as increased in size. Maintenance is responcible for the up-keeping, cleaning, rapairs, and grounds keeping of CHQ.
