New Members:-
1. Must live in Jupiter, Tequesta, or Abacoa.
2. No pets/livestock for sale, for adoption or lost and found, as much as we love our furry friends (ANIMALS) you must use authorized sites, ours is not.
3. We do not accept Real Estate Agents, sorry, if you are renting or selling your own home fine.
4. No more than three posts per day, if you “bump” your post from another day this counts as a post
5. No links to other Facebook Pages or websites. (URL's)
6. No Weight loss products.
7. No Multi Level Selling.
8. No business may advertise
9. You will delete the post as soon as the item is sold.
10. Cross posting must be announced.
11. All items MUST have a buy now price.
12. No counterfeit/knock off goods.
13. No ISO services or tangibles
14. No lost pets or asking for advice. This is not a forum.
The Sale Procedure and Safety Guidelines
1. You place a post or album. Albums can have multiple goods for sale and count as one post.
2. The buyer must say “SOLD” if they wish to buy the item. “Interested” just means simply that you are interested and may be in negotiation with the seller. If someone says “SOLD” while you are negotiating then you lose the right to the sale as they have offered the buy now price.
3. You may sell to the next buyer who has contacted you after 6 hours if the original person who has said “SOLD” does not message you back to make arrangements for pick up and make payment.
4. If you see an item “SOLD” but not deleted you may comment “SOLD” and you will be next in line if the original deal falls through.
5. If you simply put “interested” after “SOLD” and the original deal falls through someone can leapfrog you with a “SOLD”.
6. Do not post your cell phone or address for pick up. Be safe.
7. We do not advocate porch pick-ups.
8. Test electrical product BEFORE you pay for goods.
9. If it’s a vehicle check for before you agree to the sale.
10. Do not meet up in area you are not familiar with.
11. Please use common sense when buying goods on here. YOU CAN’T TRUST EVERYONE.
12. If you are selling lots of goods be careful as comments can take your post to the top the same way a bump will, so PM people rather than commenting your post.
13. It is aimed at people who are selling goods occasionally.
