any body in or near Harrisburg Il. ? i just found out there are 2 dogs that have been abandoned. the people have moved and have let them go.. the poor things are just laying on the porch getting skinner and no water. the address is 1228 land st Harrisburg il. a husky and a small short hair mix puppy. anyone know of a rescue ?
