Quick rundown of allowable ads:
No yard sale items cross-posted, unless they're farm related.
No decorative items except for old farm implements, or barn quilts. etc.
Show clothing, farm work clothing, winter farm work gear is OK. Hunting clothing is not.
No pets, such as pet birds, snakes, or guinea pigs, etc.
Cuys (guinea pigs) and chinchillas that will be farmed for meat and fur are OK.
Pigeons & doves are OK.
Pot Bellied Pigs must be listed as livestock, not pets.
Livestock Guardian and Herding Dogs (incl. some crosses of these breeds) are allowed
No shelter/rescue/foster dogs. There are other groups for that.
No cats
Hunting rifles and shotguns are OK.
No Handguns - Though I know farmers carry handguns, I don't pretend to know enough about handguns to decide which ones are for farm use. It's just easier for me if you post those on the Highland County Gun group instead.
No hunting stuff. There are other groups for that.
Pick-up trucks are OK, along with their used tires, tool boxes, caps etc.
No cars.
